stencils work pretty well, but i mainly tape up and draw out the design i want then cut it out and spray. ive been looking at putting multiple sprays over each other, looks pretty cool. it just sux that i have to redo part of the spray every time i crease or snap my boards

spray paint, paint markers, sharpies, whatever really... just make sure the surface is clean before you start drawing/painting and hit it w/ a clear coat enamel spray can (flat finish is what I usually use) but be sure not to lay it on to thick, u don't want it to puddle or drip.

you can use paint pens that you can get at micheals.. and spray paint. the best kind of paint is called montana. you can get it on montana-cans.com otherwise get krylon. sharpies work well too. and use a clear gloss spray when you are done. you could also use a lacker finish but it takes for ever to dry and is kinda heavy
